WHAT YOU WILL DO

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to be knowledgeable about the client’s products, promotions, and industry specifics.
  • Act as the local point of contact for client and distributor personnel, maintaining regular communication between the client and TEAM Enterprises.
  • Meet with the client to gather information and stay updated on product and industry knowledge, reporting all competitive activity in the market.
  • Staff all required on, off, and special events.

Client Relationship:

  • Ensure that TEAM Enterprises’ objectives align with the Client’s objectives.
  • Maintain regular contact and communication between Client personnel and TEAM Enterprises.
  • Sell TEAM’s value to the client and identify additional opportunities for TEAM to serve the client.
  • Ensure clear and open lines of communication.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with key TEAM, Client, and Distributor personnel.

Field Execution:

  • Staff all promotions within assigned geographic regions.
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure TEAM quality standards meet the Client’s expectations.
  • Recruit prospective Promotional Specialists at all promotions.
  • Ensure Promotional Specialists have the necessary training and materials before promotions.
  • Provide clear direction, expectations, and constructive feedback to improve execution standards and results.
  • Managing HR issues such as performance management and conflict resolution for a team of part-time specialists
  • Manage promotional material inventories and ensure permanent materials are returned after each promotion.
  • Staff and assist with brand, trade, or special events in markets.
  • Communicate all event standards to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct regular debriefing sessions with Promotional Specialists to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Share insights, feedback, and key learnings with your Manager and Directors regularly.
  • Manage and monitor Promotional Specialists’ budget spends daily.
  • Motivate Promotional Specialists to display positive attitudes and leave a strong brand impression.
  • Provide strong leadership skills to develop personnel.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain proper records for all expense reports and ensure they are completed on time with receipts attached.
  • Manage all budgets to ensure programs are executed within guidelines.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled events.
  • Track event execution as a percentage of target/goal.
  • Maintain storage units and tracked accurate inventory of client assets including point of sale and uniforms.
  • Manage client equipment and assets responsibly.
  • If applicable: Approve all area lead timecards.
  • Manage all informational requests of field personnel and recap key takeaways for management.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all state rules and regulations.
  • Own the integrity of all reporting of information.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of beverage experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives.
  • Prior promotion agency experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
