We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Roofing General Manager to oversee our operations in Myrtle Beach, SC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the roofing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create competitive and accurate roofing project bids and proposals.
  • Manage and coordinate the roofing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Liaise with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the roofing process.
  • Implement best practices and innovative techniques to improve roofing processes and performance.



 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the roofing industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the roofing team effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Lucrative Compensation Package: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with additional commissions and bonuses (override) based on performance.
