Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Proactively seek out and engage potential customers in need of roofing services, from residential to commercial clients.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of customers' roofing requirements and present customized solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase your knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices to build trust and credibility with prospects.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Prepare comprehensive roofing proposals that outline the scope of work, pricing, and project timelines, ensuring clear communication with clients.
  • Close Deals: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to close deals and secure contracts for roofing projects of various sizes.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other community connections, fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling roofing services or related industries.
  • Roofing Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and current industry trends is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our roofing services to potential customers.
