Neal Roofing and Waterproofing, a leading roofing company in south florida, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roofing Project Coordinator to join our team immediately. The Roofing Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of roofing projects by handling various administrative tasks including intake processing, scheduling, invoicing, and client communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule roofing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Generate and process project invoices and billing statements.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and quotes.
- Handle paperwork, including permits, licenses, and project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to address any project-related concerns.
- Maintain organized project records and files.
- Assist in the resolution of project-related issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
