- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the project, including conflicts between stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and issues.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze project outcomes and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials, as well as construction management processes.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
