Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to client specifications
- Manage and oversee end to end project management activities
- Direct and control all work performed within the framework of the work structure
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules application/infrastructure projects
- Monitor project results for significant deviations
- Contribute to vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met
- Maintain regular contact with clients and coordinate and report on project progress and accomplishments
- Provide input for (project) team member performance appraisals
- Coordinate resources across organizational boundaries
- Manage communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues
- Ensure project delivery in conformance with company software development life cycle methodologies
- Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives
