This role will require you to manage application submission and account transfer follow-up, incoming client calls, outbound follow-ups, database management, and client appointment preparation. You’ll take phone calls, respond to emails, and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team member. Other job duties include organizing files and setting up appointments, so we can process claims quickly and provide clients with the coverage they need. Compensation:

$40,000

Responsibilities:
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
  • Schedule appointments, events, and travel arrangements for the company
  • Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
  • Ensure customers are satisfied by promptly answering phone calls and emails and sending customers with specific inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Complete and process new business applications
  • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
  • Process follow-up on client service work
  • Update review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and/or service
  • Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system
  • Follow up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates
  • Assist Advisors with pre-appointment requirements
  • Prepare, manage, and track the new business pipeline
  • Assist Advisors with client support and mailings, educational workshops, and client events as needed
  • Act as phone back-up to other members of the team
  • Maintain current Advisor’s licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2+ years work experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance industry is preferred
  • High school graduate or GED required, Associate’s Degree is a plus
  • Solid computer skills, including basic word-processing and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience completing data entry assignments
