Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply customer payments
  • Daily reconciliation of cash application batches
  • Research and solve payment discrepancies.
  • Process credit card payments and credits
  • Identify daily unapplied amounts, post to customer accounts, call on back-up
  • Make adjustments to accounts as needed
  • Maintenance of records for auditing purposes (filing remittances, payment applications, backup)
  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Complete monthly/quarterly sales/use tax returns
  • Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 1 year or more related experience and/or training

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
