Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support our government client with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity Operations Support Services.
Responsibilities:
- Manages Enterprise IT systems, cloud systems and network security Program.
- Provides program management of Cybersecurity assessments of new enterprise implementations or initiatives.
- Manages a team of IT consultants and communicates findings with customers.
- Evaluates and identifies potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Ensures security measures align with Federal standards and organizational policies.
- Assesses the security implications of specific high-risk projects, such as those involving sensitive data or critical infrastructure.
- Develops tailored security protocols for these high-risk projects.
- Ensures Cyber Security, SA&A, FISMA, and SecOps Support.
- Conducts Internal and external penetration testing for IOCs network Penetration Testing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five (5) Years of Program Management Experience.
- Extensive knowledge of project management within the network security sector.
- Skilled in all facets of managing complex programs (i.e., Leadership, Technical Expertise, Effective Communications, Hands-On Cybersecurity experience, Collaboration skills).
Certifications:
- PMI/PMP, CISSP, and ITIL
Clearance:
- Public Trust Clearance or higher is required
