Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategy: Create and execute a strategic plan to protect our organization's assets and data from cyber threats.
  • Lead Security Assessment and Testing: Conduct regular security assessments and testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security breaches on our business.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor and analyze emerging threats and technologies to ensure that our cybersecurity program remains effective.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Cybersecurity or Related Field: A graduate degree in cybersecurity or a related field is required.
  • 8+ Years of Experience in Cybersecurity: A minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on enterprise security.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: A proven track record of leading cybersecurity teams and developing effective security strategies.
  • Industry Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
