Then this job is for you We are currently looking for an experienced restaurant Supervisor to join our Destin, FL location. Now you may be wondering what is the difference between a supervisor and a manager? I would love to tell you

A Supervisor is under the supervision of managers and act as a supporting role running the shifts with the Managers on duty. Supervisors help run the shift, table touches, assist with guest complaints, and any other issues that arise during the shift.

A Manager is present on the floor during shifts also assisting guests and helping where needed but, they are in charge of the ordering, inventory, schedules, employee relations, etc. Basically, to sum it up managers have more responsibility than supervisors.

-2-3 years experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry
-High volume restaurant experience is preferred but not required
-High school diploma or GED required
