Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen client relationships using consultative sales via phone, email, and webinars.
- Achieve revenue goals by closing new customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring account growth.
- Generate new prospects through trade shows, targeted mailings, referrals, and cold-calling.
- Log all activities in HubSpot and maintain an organized CRM database.
- Travel frequently (40%) for site surveys, proposals, and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to drive business efforts.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Outreach for medium-large size customers (>500k sq. ft. facilities) within assigned territory
- Sales experience with solutions-based selling and key accounts in a B2B environment
- Conduct research to uncover new business and qualify leads
- Maintain an accurate and organized CRM database for the territory
- Manage key accounts, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and address any issues
- Collaborate with National Sales Director and other departments to drive business and align team efforts
Critical Success Factors for success:
- Minimum of 6 years in B2B sales with a focus on solutions-based selling
- Excellent sales, account management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in email, HubSpot, Zoom, and lead generation tools; experience in contract negotiations and proposal development
- Ability to assess risk areas and provide value-based solutions related to safety and facility improvements
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
