We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tenant-focused Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team

What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the heart of our property operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining a high-quality living environment for our residents. You will be involved in various aspects of property upkeep, from overseeing repair and maintenance tasks to coordinating with vendors and managing maintenance staff. Your work will directly impact our community's satisfaction, retention, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assign daily tasks for each Maintenance Tech based on urgency and order for which it was received.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work orders for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
  • Oversee recurring items are completed including, but not limited to, the oversight of all commercial and residential properties cleanliness.
  • Housing Inspections: Oversee items necessary to pass housing inspections and coordinate re-inspections with the appropriate areas.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate inventory system with emphasis on standardizing commonly used supplies and materials.

What You Bring:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and repair techniques, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.

  • Leadership and Management: Ability to effectively lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including assigning tasks, providing training, and handling disciplinary actions.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively, often under time constraints.

  • Organizational Skills: Competence in managing multiple tasks and priorities, including scheduling maintenance work, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with staff, residents, and vendors, and to handle tenant complaints and concerns.
