$100,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

  • Engage, cultivate, and convert new contacts into buyer clients
  • Guide buyers through the buying process to find the best property for their needs
  • Educate clients about relevant market changes, neighborhoods, financing options, and general information necessary to make a decision in the ever-changing real estate landscape
  • Actively work with team members to grow market share and positive team reputation

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

  • Active Virginia real estate license
  • Desire and work ethic to build your professional reputation and personal wealth
  • Past sales or consulting experience is a plus
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
  • Strong networking skills
  • Service-oriented attitude with a client-first focus
  • Strong organizational skills
