We are seeking a friendly and organized Sales Manager to join our team 

As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. This role involves setting sales goals, developing strategies to achieve them, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members in developing their sales skills and achieving their individual goals.
  • Sales strategy and Planning: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Recruitment and training: Organize and deliver training programs to ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Budget management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or High school Diploma equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and connecting with potential clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
