Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Sports Coordinator Plays a vital role in organizing and coordinating the venue for the organization. They are responsible for implementing sports programs, managing venues, and promoting a positive culture among employees. You ensure the smooth running of programs on gameday, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.& Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee sports programs.
  • Manage sports venue equipment.
  • Implement sports policies and procedures.
  • Train and supervise sports coaches and sports instructors.
  • Assist in the coordination of missing or absent coaches and team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs.
  • Provide a positive and inclusive sports environment.
  • Resolve any sports-related conflicts or issues.
  • Stay updated on sports industry trends and best practices.
& Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sports programming.
  • Strong knowledge of various sports and physical activities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Understanding of safety and risk management in sports.
  • Passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
  • Certifications in sports coaching or fitness training are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sports-related software and technology.
  • Flexibility to work weekends for programs.
  • Ability to lift and move sports equipment as needed.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and diversity in sports.
