We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to join our Sports & Entertainment team. This role involves working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the delivery of top-notch services. The position requires flexibility, including working during events, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop work plans and ensure contract requirements are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Supervise and support frontline staff, including recommending staffing levels and identifying training needs.
- Report accidents and property damage accurately and in a timely manner.
- Promote additional services to clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinating the Janitorial Staff to meet the customers needs during and after each event.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- 1-2 years of supervisory and customer service experience.
- Knowledge of janitorial equipment and OSHA processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications.
- Valid Driver's License for business travel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
