Ketelsen RV in Hiawatha is expanding our sales team and we’re looking for a top-performing Sales Professional that’s ready to dive right in. At Ketelsen RV you’ll be part of an environment that is always eager to learn, practice and challenge; and you’ll establish a long career in customer satisfaction. We focus on being professionals in our craft and believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Previous experience is a plus, especially if you’ve gained experience in a negotiated sale. This position also offers a BASE SALARY

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers that walk in our doors and help them find their perfect camper
  • Field Sales Calls and Respond to internet leads from customers who are shopping remotely
  • Work alongside your team members to help the sales process be more seamless and streamlined
  • Ensure the products we are selling are sale-ready when our customers arrive.
  • Work within our CRM system to help manage your book of business.
  • Remain willing to learn and grow as you participate in daily training activities.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
