Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, des Ingénieurs de Production Bancaire.

Activités Principales:

    • Traiter les incidents et les alertes techniques sur les environnements de production et d’homologation
    • Rétablir le service en menant les analyses et actions de remédiation adéquates
    • Aider le centre de pilotage et les équipes de proximité dans la résolution des incidents.
    • Mettre à jour la documentation à la suite de la résolution d’un incident.
    • Assurer la communication à la fin d’un incident auprès des différentes équipes du support.
    • Proposer des solutions d’amélioration continue pour réduire les incidents et les appels d’astreinte.
    • Préparer et réaliser les changements (MEH, MEP, opérations techniques)
    • Évaluer techniquement (impact, respect des normes et contraintes) les demandes de changement.
    • Prise en charge des Installations des Certificats Produits
    • Organisation et Prise en charge des Changes Complexes et /ou HNO selon le roulement établis.
    • Évaluer techniquement (impact, respect des normes et contraintes) et réaliser les demandes de service.
    • Développer des scripts pour automatiser les tâches répétitives
    • Installation et configuration des applications en suivant les procédures fournies par la ME et/ou l’éditeur
    • Mise en place des outils l’exploitation : supervision, sauvegarde, scripts A/R……)
    • Rédiger les documents d’exploitation (DEX, Consignes, procédures N1)

Profil recherché:

  • De formation BAC+5 en Informatique
  • Une expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire en production informatique ou autant qu’ingénieur système
  • Vous maitrisez les processus d’intégration technique et la gestion de l’opérationnel.

Compétences Techniques & Métier:

  • Administration système AIX, RedHat et Windows.
  • Scripting shell Unix et Windows.
  • Outils de stockage et sauvegarde comme TSM.
  • Ordonnancement de préférence Control-M.
  • Outil de transfert : CFT, Gateway, SFTP.
  • Bases de données et compétence DBA en Oracle, Informix et SQL Server
  • Anglais indispensable.

Type de contrat: Freelance

Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)

Lieu: Casablanca
