We are currently seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our team at our facility located in Fayette, AL, 35555. As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and utilizing Microsoft Excel to support various business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal team members
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track key metrics
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
  • Engage in the hiring process, including interviews and the pre-employment process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Manage UltiPro and Cornerstone platforms, including updateing records, posting requisitions, and uplodading files.
  • Support the new employee process, including scheduling orientation and ongoing follow-ups.
Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of applicable experience, required.
  • rior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. High Schoold diploma or equivalent, required.

You should be proficient in:

  • Customer Service
  • Microsoft Excel

Salary info:

$18 - $21 / hr
