Overview

We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our team in Fayette, AL. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the development and implementation of business processes and procedures
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary info:

$18 - $21 / hr
