RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of our Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Account Management:
- Dedicated to and responsible for specific client accounts and brands
- Respond to client inquiries promptly with accurate information
- Develop project scopes, budgets, briefs, and success metrics
- Ensure client requests are developed into clear internal briefs with agreed actions and obtain client sign-off at relevant stages
- Measure and report on the success of project deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
Project Management:
- Set up and manage project timelines in the agency PM system
- Oversee workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Obtain internal, client, and regulatory approvals on deliverables
- Maintain proper organization of files adhering to agency processes
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of client projects
- Track project milestones and budgets, ensuring alignment with project plans
- Close out and bill projects according to agency approval processes
- Identify and solve problems promptly, involving higher management when necessary
- Monitor ongoing costs and produce accurate quotations for production.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Delegate tasks clearly to project team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Lead status updates and client calls, providing regular progress updates
- Utilize templates for project communications and status reports, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Prepare research and background information for briefs, pitches, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and planning departments.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in continuing training and education programs to enhance professional skills
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and promote continuous growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Background in medical, regulatory, and healthcare marketing preferred
- Project Management certification a plus
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Expertise in client regulatory systems and platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Proven ability to delegate tasks and oversee team members
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is primarily remote but may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. It demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings that require clear speech and hearing. Candidates must manage a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access.

Salary Range:
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
