- Provide administrative support in a manner that optimizes efficiency
- Assist in maintaining databases, spreadsheets, project trackers etc. to be current and accurate
- Assist with basic categorization and bookkeeping tasks
- Provide technical support to the agency on EHR related questions
- Assist in the development of reports, assessments and documents with the EHR
- Develop reports and processes for agency quality efforts
- Data entry into agency identified database, electronic health records, and supporting web based or county systems as necessary.
- Maintains database of fixed assets and inventory
- Work collaboratively to provide overflow and backup support for the administrative team.
- Completes and maintains records for all agency contracts and letters of agreement
- Work with program and information systems staff to develop and maintain effective and efficient office operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or administrative support work, with proven history of streamlining office practices and administrative procedures
- Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with all Microsoft applications
- Strong Excel skills
- Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines
- Flexibility to change direction frequently between task
- Ability to operate independently and with a sense of urgency
- Work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees
- Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new EHR and platforms
- Full time position requiring 38.75 hours per week
Compensation and Benefits
