  • Provide administrative support in a manner that optimizes efficiency
  • Assist in maintaining databases, spreadsheets, project trackers etc. to be current and accurate
  • Assist with basic categorization and bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide technical support to the agency on EHR related questions
  • Assist in the development of reports, assessments and documents with the EHR
  • Develop reports and processes for agency quality efforts
  • Data entry into agency identified database, electronic health records, and supporting web based or county systems as necessary.
  • Maintains database of fixed assets and inventory
  • Work collaboratively to provide overflow and backup support for the administrative team.
  • Completes and maintains records for all agency contracts and letters of agreement
  • Work with program and information systems staff to develop and maintain effective and efficient office operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or administrative support work, with proven history of streamlining office practices and administrative procedures 
  • Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with all Microsoft applications 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines 
  • Flexibility to change direction frequently between task
  • Ability to operate independently and  with a sense of urgency 
  •  Work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees 
  • Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Willingness to learn new EHR and platforms
  • Full time position requiring 38.75 hours per week
