Facilities Operations Coordinator Role at PMHFOS

We are currently in search of responsible and dedicated individuals for the role of Facilities Operations Coordinator. This full-time position reports directly to the Vice President of Security and Maintenance. The Facilities Operations Coordinator will be tasked with overseeing all elements related to the properties owned, leased, or managed by PMHFOS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all PMHFOS property locations, focusing on property management, maintenance, and community integration.
  • Oversee maintenance contractors to ensure projects meet high-quality standards.
  • Conduct maintenance repairs in community residences and office facilities.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and coordinate with vendors.
  • Exhibit professionalism in communications with external contractors.
  • Be available for on-call responsibilities.
  • Promote cost-effective project execution.
  • Assist with snow removal as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Vice President of Security and Maintenance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in property management is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
