Successful State Farm Agent who is looking to grow, seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Manager (agent). What You Would Be Doing on a Daily Basis:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day not just for self but for the total team.
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation, holidays, personal/sick days)
- Consistent hours (Open M-F 9-5pm; No weekends)
- Valuable experience working in a small, independent office that has the resources of a National Brand (#1 in Auto Ins. is State Farm)

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving and ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain); Life Insurance License is a plus

He has a unique ability to relate, train and develop his team members because he himself started as a Team Member at a State Farm Agency over 20 years ago.
