Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of various projects assigned to you, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines, all while upholding the highest quality standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll drive effective communication and alignment to realize project objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Partner with internal teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Craft comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Manage project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and furnish updates to stakeholders.

Technical Acumen:

  • Demonstrate a general understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and managed services principles.
  • Leverage expertise to guide the projects, offering invaluable insights and problem-solving prowess.

Resource Optimization:

  • Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to maximize utilization.
  • Collaborate with managers to assign project team members based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
  • Provide direction and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Risk Management:

  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges as they arise.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with client stakeholders and internal team ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues transparently and promptly.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment.

Budget and Financial Oversight:

  • Develop project budgets, track expenses, and manage project financials.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, efficiency and automation improvements.
  • Capture lessons learned from projects and apply them to future initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management and IT services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
