Role Description:


We are seeking a full-time Development Project Manager to join our team at Kuester Commercial Real Estate in Fort Mill, SC. This is an on-site role where you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our development projects. The Development Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


- Project Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on time. Identify potential delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track.


- Inspection Management: Coordinate and manage all necessary inspections throughout the development process, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


- Logistics Oversight: Manage the logistics of construction projects, including the coordination of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure seamless project execution.


- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.


- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.


- Budget Management: Assist in the management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated financial resources. Monitor expenditures and report on budget status regularly.


- Quality Control: Ensure that all aspects of the project meet the company's standards for quality and client satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in project management, particularly in the commercial real estate or construction industry.

- Strong skills in expediting and inspection processes, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

- Expertise in logistics management, with the ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
