- Document Management: Organize and manage electronic and paper documents, including production schedules, inventory reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management by tracking office supplies, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all departments are aware of deadlines and timelines.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings related to manufacturing operations.
- Provide Administrative Project support
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Must be fluent in both English/Spanish
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
