As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing first impressions with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service, and supporting our associates with various administrative tasks.


**Job Responsibilities:**

- Manage first impressions with clients and provide outstanding customer service.

- Answer and return phone calls promptly and professionally.

- Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars.

- Scan and assemble income tax returns accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with associates to provide support services and assist with project management.

- Demonstrate exceptional organization skills, punctuality, and professionalism.

- Utilize technology effectively and be comfortable troubleshooting as needed.

- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Take initiative, be self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent follow-through.

- Be a problem solver and contribute to the overall success of our team.


**Requirements:**

- Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

- Previous administrative or office management experience preferred but not required.
