Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project, Product, and Program Management practice and work with one of our largest hospitality clients. Our Project Managers work with our other capabilities to ensure that project outcomes, resource requirements, technology changes, risks, and budgetary requirements are clear and drive project success for our Clients.  

**This is a hybrid remote/in office position.  Candidates must be willing to work out of either our Denver, CO or Columbia, MD offices part time.**

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

 

  • Supporting the Lead Project Manager with managing and maintaining several different projects with the Client. 

  • Work with internal and Client team members to identify requirements, establish steps, effort, owners, and dependencies on projects. 

  • Prepare and update project plans, timelines, status reports, and milestones for Client projects. Track project deliverables, presentations, and inflection points daily to ensure timely and successful project completion. 

  • Lead stand ups with a proper agenda based on high priority items. 

  • Provide efficient organization and documentation support – Includes taking copious notes, tracking meeting minutes, action items, follow ups. 

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting cadence (includes coordination for U.S and Global teams) 

  • Promote Client satisfaction through timely and accurate execution of tasks and deliverables. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; 2+ years' experience working in Project Management 

  • A strong foundation and deep understanding of Project Management (Tools, Best practices, and standards) 

  • Works independently and executes assigned projects/tasks within the project plan. 

  • Ability to manage more than one workstream/project within a client engagement. 

  • Proficiency managing and tracking tasks across multiple capabilities (i.e. Product, Business Intelligence, Development) 

  • Proactively identifies roadblocks/issues/risks and communicates to key stakeholders. 

  • Owns and hosts project-related Client calls and subsequent recaps. 

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, v and xlookups, etc.).
