Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at K2 Staffing. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and flow of information between the construction job site, suppliers, subcontractors, owner, and project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Information Management: Read and interpret plans and specifications, and assist in the preparation of submittals, document control, meeting documentation, change cost data entry, and quality documentation.
  2. Project Support: Support and document the project team's daily safety efforts, and assist in the review of submittals, RFIs, and other construction documentations.
  3. Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and assist in preparing subcontractor preconstruction meeting materials and attend preconstruction meetings and orientations.
  4. Project Closeout: Assist in project closeout requirements, including As-Builts and Red-Line documents.
  5. Professional Development: Develop a basic understanding of project management software or similar software, and company technology programs.
  6. Compliance: Comply with Safety Program, OSHA guidelines, and Company policies, procedures, and standards.
  7. Team Player: Promote integrity, honesty, hard work, safety, and quality throughout all aspects of the project, and be a good professional representative.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
