Supports the Compensation Analyst in completion of budget support activities, including meeting attendance, compensation spreadsheets and wage structures. Prepares meeting minutes for all budget support compensation meetings held. Performs data analysis. Assists in conducting and documenting compensation market analysis and research. Research minimum wage information and trends. Collects and organizes job descriptions. Performs quality control checks on various complex excel spreadsheets. Always maintains strict confidentiality.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1 + yrs. in Human Resources/ Compensation

Advanced Excel Skills

Background in HR Proven track record of upholding strict confidentiality.

Understanding of compensation principles

Data Analysis through Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

Work Schedule:

Onsite Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Hourly $18-20/hr

Overview:

The Total Rewards team seeks a temporary Compensation Coordinator to aid with and help facilitate corporate compensation initiatives. Our project will primarily be focused on the new Department of Labor Overtime Rule changes effective January 1, 2025. This requires an individual who is versed in human resources principles and has a good foundation and understanding of compensation practices.
