This position will work with our School Smiles Division and will primarily be responsible for;
- Charting post-clinic treatment needs
- Communication with clients to retrieve additional treatment consents
- Verification of private dental insurances and Medicaid dental benefits
- Managing and scheduling treatment appointments
- Liaison between our patients and clients as well our portable dental teams in the field
Treatment Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Prior dental experience either in clinic or front office (minimum 1-year experience)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and billing codes
- Insurance verification experience (dental insurance preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Treatment Coordinator ideal candidate will possess skills in:
- Prior experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Research and problem solving
- Time management
- Effective communication
- Flexibility as operational priorities change
- Ability to work autonomously and in a group
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
