About the Role

Temporary position for Digital Inclusion Grant. The Project and Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and executing workplans to ensure effective program coordination and comprehensive reporting for various program areas. This role involves creating and maintaining tracking tools, synthesizing inputs across multiple workstreams, developing status reports, and coordinating processes and documentation for reporting purposes. The Analyst works across the team to ensure deliverables for program development, including fulfilling monthly grant reporting needs and analyzing program requirements to support improved strategy and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, reporting, or a related role.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining tracking systems and reporting tools.
  • Have experience in website content development and search engine optimization.
  • Are proficient in analyzing data and synthesizing inputs from various sources.

Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plans and implements strategies to ensure seamless program coordination and detailed reporting for different program areas.
  • Designs and sustains tracking systems to monitor and document program milestones and deliverables.
  • Gathers and integrates inputs from diverse workstreams to compile comprehensive reports.
  • Produces detailed status reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Manages and streamlines processes for documentation and reporting to maintain consistency.
  • Collaborates with the team to meet development goals and ensure program deliverables are on track.
  • Handles monthly grant reporting obligations, ensuring all requirements are met punctually.
  • Conducts analyses to understand program needs, enhancing strategic planning and reporting.
  • Oversees program management tasks, ensuring all activities align with program objectives and deadlines.
  • Works closely with various program managers to address coordination needs and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and executes workplans to ensure website content management utilizing word press, including review and organization of resources and site map.
  • Audit and optimize website content, utilizing data from Google analytics and Google Search console, executive those changes within the WordPress website.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret, evaluate and formulate action plans based upon data.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficient in website content management systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to present in a group setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position is FLSA Exempt and is not eligible for overtime. Based on market data, this position grade is 64*.
