Position Overview:

We are seeking an additional Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. As Assistant General Manager at Chotto Matte, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Proven experience in high-volume restaurants is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager and current Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in planning and executing promotions and special events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
