Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of department managers and staff to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive outstanding service, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business operations, customer service, and human resources.
