Business Office Manager (BOM) Responsibilities:
- As a business office manager (BOM), you will process all Medicaid applications and redeterminations.
- You will verify eligibility for all payers.
- You will run monthly eligibilities and LTC in MEDI.
- You will obtain PASRR for all admissions.
- You will maintain census in Assessment Pro Pathtracker.
- You will set up direct deposits for Social Security.
- You will set up resident with RFMS.
- You will collect private pay and resident liabilities.
Business Office Manager (BOM) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) BOM or Assistant BOM experience required.
- Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid and Medicare.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience with PCC, MEDI, RFMS, and ABE.
