Position Summary
FASTSIGNS #17501 is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record of driving sales growth and a deep understanding of market dynamics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset who can identify and seize opportunities to expand our market share and enhance our brand presence.

This position is an exempt role with a $40K base, plus 10% gross commissions - Your earning potential is completely and fully defined by your level of drive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and provide multiple solutions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding materials, production processes, and industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's strategic objectives and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Understanding of, or desire to learn, sign design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
