These are just a few of the advantages of working for this dynamic company.We are seeking qualified candidates for a Key Account Manager, Commercial Hospitality position at our corporate location in Richmond, VA, or Fully Remote, preferably located on the US East Coast. Responsibilities include executing a strategy to grow profitable commercial sales through hospitality channels nationwide. This position is Hybrid or Fully remote, dependent on the candidate's location.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Execute strategy to grow profitable sales (top and bottom line) with particular emphasis on hotel chains & distribution channels across North America. Utilizing Hamilton Beach Brands' product portfolio, support distribution as well as regional and national chains. Build strong relationships at the management level with Coffee Roasters & Hospitality partnerships. Manage and develop travel schedule to maximize coverage of key initiatives. Effectively utilize financial tools to drive strategies leading to accelerated top-line growth while meeting operational profitability.Requirements of the position include:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. 5 to 7 years of professional sales experience within the Coffee Roaster or Hospitality channel including P&L responsibility. Must have demonstrated ability to analyze financial information and other relevant business metrics. Solid negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop market strategies to drive growth. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge/exposure to an ERP System and cost accounting/inventory management a plus.-
