What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a Full-Time responsible Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment complex located in Oakdale, MN. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
  • Grounds upkeep and snow removal
  • Interior painting
  • Plumbing
  • Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
  • Maintaining common areas
  • Responding to work orders in a timely manner
  • Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
  • Work as a team to maintain the community to the highest standards
  • Oversee a team of 3 maintenance technicians
  • All other duties assigned by the Community Manager
Requirements:

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

  • 2+ years in multi-family housing preferred
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • Working knowledge of plumbing
  • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
  • Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Chiller Experience is a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid Driver's License
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Working Conditions:

  • Hourly, with expectation to work approximately 40 hours/week.
  • Rotating on-call schedule
  • Pay range: $32 - $35 an hour depending on experience.
