The main mission of this position is to manage roofing projects and represent the company’s values with customer service as the focus. Must be driven to work hard, learn quick and not be afraid to climb up on a roof

What you'll be doing:

  • Scheduling crews
  • Material orders
  • Delivering material to job sites
  • Check in with customers while job is in progress
  • Small repairs (replacing or repairing a few tiles)
  • Tarping
  • Keeping the jobs moving forward, with minimal interruptions to the schedule.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Strong organization skills and efficiency with time management
  • Must be bi-lingual (Spanish) Required to be able to speak to all team members in fluent Spanish and English.
  • Must be coachable
  • Team oriented
  • Decision-making and problem resolution skills
  • Customer service spirit and drive to provide a solid client experience
  • Capable of handling multiple projects/tasks at one time
  • Strong track record of accomplishment
  • Ability to set ladder and climb roofs

  • 3 professional references (i.e. Former employers, Vendors and the like)
