We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for multitasking and efficiently managing various HR projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support HR colleagues and FIBT team members with employee relations.
  • Process unemployment claims.
  • Process and audit payroll.
  • Prepare various reports, analyze employee and company data.
  • Maintain relationships with employees.
  • Assist with various projects and assignments as needed and cross-train in other areas of HR to serve as a back-up for various duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • SHRM-CP or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
