Job Description:

As a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales team by managing the recruitment and onboarding processes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the sales team with interviews, coordinating training sessions, tracking recruiting efforts, and facilitating the onboarding of new sales team members. Additionally, we are seeking someone with sales experience who can effectively communicate the benefits of our high-paying positions and excite candidates about joining our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with conducting interviews for potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging interview process.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruiting manager to coordinate and set up training sessions for new hires, providing logistical support and ensuring training materials are prepared.
  • Track recruiting efforts, including applicant tracking, and candidate communication, to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize your sales experience to effectively promote our high-paying sales positions to candidates, emphasizing the earning potential and growth opportunities available.
  • Maintain the office environment, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and conducive to productivity.
  • Light inventory tracking and managing office supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and arranging training schedules.


Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is highly preferred, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and excite candidates about joining our sales team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on new challenges.


Compensation:

  • Base salary: $35,000 per year
  • Commission structure based on recruiting performance
