Brown-Wilbert, Inc. is looking for a sales / business development professional to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop relationships with customers and potential customers throughout the Midwest and the United States. This is a sales / business development position with a base salary plus unlimited earning potential. The organization fully supports the position with the requisite tools and resources necessary to create opportunities, close sales and have a meaningful career at a family-owned business.
The ideal candidate for this position understands the importance of being self-motivated and developing a relationship of trust with the employer and its current and future clients. The ideal candidate always seeks to improve and has a high aptitude for self-accountability and continuous learning. Requirements:
- Minimum high school graduate, 4-year college degree preferred
- Proven outside territorial sales experience.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
