We are looking for a passionate and community-focused Community Manager to lead the lease-up and management of this exceptional property. Our mission is to enhance the laid-back beach lifestyle with world-class customer service, creating a vibrant community that residents are proud to call home.

As the Community Manager, you will be at the forefront of fostering a welcoming and engaged community that reflects the relaxed yet refined lifestyle of Riviera Village. You will oversee the leasing process, day-to-day operations, and resident relations, ensuring that our community thrives as a local hub of connection and luxury living. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end property management, a deep understanding of the local culture, and a commitment to enhancing the resident experience through active community involvement and superior service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents and local businesses, organizing events and activities that celebrate the laid-back, beachside lifestyle while fostering a sense of community within the property.
  • Lease-Up Leadership: Drive the leasing process with an emphasis on attracting residents who value both luxury living and a relaxed, coastal environment. Ensure that all interactions reflect our commitment to world-class customer service.
  • Enhancing the Beach Lifestyle: Curate experiences and amenities that align with the coastal lifestyle, from surfboard storage to beachside yoga classes, ensuring that residents fully enjoy their beachside home.
  • Property Excellence: Maintain the property to the highest standards, ensuring that it remains a reflection of the luxury and charm of Riviera Village. Oversee maintenance, landscaping, and amenities to create an inviting and well-kept environment.
  • Financial Responsibility: Manage the property’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while balancing cost-efficiency with the delivery of top-tier services.
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with local vendors and contractors who share our commitment to quality and community, ensuring that all services enhance the resident experience.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor your on-site team, fostering a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and a dedication to exceptional service.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury residential property management experience, with a focus on community engagement and high-end customer service. Experience in lease-ups and familiarity with the local market is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and community-building skills.
    • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on creating a relaxed yet luxurious resident experience.
    • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, and Knock CRM).
    • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Deep knowledge of the local culture and lifestyle of the Redondo Beach area.

Pay Range: $80K-$100K (Annually) + Leasing Bonuses and target incentives
