Position Title:                   Social Media and Production Coordinator
Position Description:
ACM is seeking a creative, proactive and motivated Social Media and Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing and will be working out of our Norcross, GA office. They will support all communications and social media initiatives set forth by the ACM marketing team. ACM is a leading manufacturer of chemical admixtures and paver surface treatments for manufactured concrete products.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute a result driven social media strategy
  • Monitoring of all social media content & tracking the performance of the campaigns set forth by the Marketing team
  • Manages the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media campaign posting schedule
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquires, and comments in a timely manner
  • Growing and development of social media presence through multiple channels
  • Review analytics and reports on key metrics
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influence
  • Additional job duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik-Tok, etc..)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing tools and digital media formats
  • Ability to understand and analyze historical, current, and future trends in digital content and the social media space
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred
  • Direct experience running and monitoring corporate social media
  • Experience creating compelling ROI driven social media content
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
