Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Catering Cook to join our team.

Come join our team. We are a family run catering company that has been in business for 27 years in the Southern Arizona area. As a Catering cook you will be handing a variety of foods and different cooking techniques. We are an off premise catering company, so you will be working in different locations around the greater Tucson area, not just stuck on a line listening for the ticket printer to go off. Our season is just around the corner and we are looking to get a few qualified candidates to get trained and up to speed. We are a high volume catering company that does over 300 full service events a year.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for daily service
  • Collaborate with the catering team to plan menus and ensure client satisfaction
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to consistently produce high-quality meals
  • Monitor food quality and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Cook (3 years minimum), preferably in a catering
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Food safety certification is a plus
  • Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record for 3 years
