Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionThe Content Writer’s work should strive to empower  customers to make informed decisions through accurate, meaningful, and engaging content. Content Writers are generally responsible for items within their assigned category (e.g. accessories). They will also handle correction requests, select customer Q&As, and additional tasks as needed.

A Content Writer must have in-depth knowledge and experience in photography and/or lighting. To support our rapid growth globally, we are building a marketing team and strategy that has impactful, sector-based content and strong, clear design at its heart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates original content and determines when and how to re-surface prior work during relevant news cycles.
  • Helps the Strategic Content & Research Insights Center team craft and refine ideas, cultivate sources, report and write articles on a regular basis.
  • Collaborates closely with internal contributors and external writers and is responsible for curating fresh, relevant, and informative content.
  • Stays familiar with and continually upgrades skills related to mission critical publishing and data/analytics tools, as well as emerging capabilities, including Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, strategic SEO, AIO, scalable cloud document management, collaboration tools (e.g., Frontify, SharePoint), smart automation and immersive content practices.
  • Works closely with Strategic Content & Research Insights Center to ensure synchronization of creative, graphic and data assets, social media, and overall digital production.
  • Brainstorms new stories, series, concepts, themes, and formats as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • In-depth knowledge in photography and/or lighting.
  • Creative writing skills and ability to create a personable aura in writing.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Ability to learn new product and computer technologies.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organizational skills
