Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders from start to finish. Key responsibilities include scanning bar codes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing packages for shipment.

You will also be involved in palletizing tasks, such as scanning, retrieving, and arranging completed orders on pallets. Additional duties may include re-palletizing products, performing dock manifest duties including shrink wrapping, and operating ground/manual manifest stations. You will operate material handling equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Palletize completed orders and ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform dock manifest duties, including operating shrink-wrapping equipment.
  • Operate ground/manual manifest stations as required.
  • Transport pallets using material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area according to QSR standards.
  • Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and follow departmental procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate well with team members and work under minimal supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols to prevent injuries and maintain safe working conditions.
  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
  • Skilled in operating material handling equipment and RF scanners.
  • Capability to perform in a metrics-driven environment with basic analytical and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and general knowledge of distribution processes.
  • Familiarity with Quality System Regulations (QSR) is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
