We are seeking a Warehouse Operator for our client, Cynet Systems.

Position Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Covington, GA

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for various tasks associated with the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders, which includes scanning barcodes, labeling packages, selecting products, and preparing shipments.
  • Palletizing tasks involve scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders onto pallets.
  • Re-palletizing items for distribution.
  • May handle dock manifest responsibilities, including scanning completed pallets and operating shrink wrappers.
  • May be tasked with managing the ground/manual manifest station.
  • Transporting pallets using material handling equipment may be required.
  • Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed promptly in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area as per Quality System Regulations (QSR).
  • Adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Prioritizing safety and diligently working to maintain safe working conditions, following proper operational practices to prevent injuries.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Successful performance of essential duties is required.

  • General computer skills and distribution knowledge are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with QSR is beneficial.

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or GED is not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in both written and oral formats.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
